Job Description

As a professional in this role, you will be responsible for managing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing backlog order management and orders fulfillment for distributors and direct customers
  • Reviewing and processing change orders to ensure accurate inventory levels and meet customer requirements
  • Managing fallout orders and working with the customer operations specialist for dispositions
  • Performing manual and mass updates to orders - cancellations, splits, and blocks
  • Running, extracting, and systematizing reports to inform business decisions
  • Collaborating with logistics partners, global trade, warehousing, and planning teams to support urgent customer requests
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree qualification in business or supply chain management
  • Relevant years of working experience in customer orders management
  • At least 1-2 years of team leading experience
  • Proficiency in verbal and written business communications in English
  • A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and prioritize tasks effectively
