Store Operations Manager

About the Role

The ideal candidate will oversee store performance, manage team productivity, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain daily store operations, enhance team performance, and promote collaboration.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting to monitor progress.
  • Implement effective stock management and availability strategies.
  • Adhere to established operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Deliver a mix of products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Develop visual merchandising strategies to drive sales.
  • Collect market intelligence to inform business growth initiatives.
  • Conduct regular team reviews and briefings.
  • Ensure timely deliveries and store audits.
  • Promptly handle escalations.
  • Foster a healthy work environment.
  • Lead by example with attention to detail.
  • Develop strong communication and customer handling skills.
  • Possess experience managing a team of at least 10 members for 2-3 years.
  • Be proficient in report generation and analysis.
  • Demonstrate leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effectively resolve conflicts.
  • Apply conceptual knowledge.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Think creatively and strategically.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in retail management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Confidence and presentability.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in working hours.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in premium brands or upmarket segment stores.
  • Leadership and team management expertise.
