Director of Quality Assurance Management

The Senior Director of Quality Management will lead the development and implementation of quality strategies that ensure the highest standards of application, data, and system reliability. This role requires a strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive process improvements through data-driven insights.
This individual will oversee the establishment of quality metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks to measure and enhance product quality. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining robust QA processes, including test planning, execution, automation, and reporting.

- 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance or related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
