Job Title: IT Director

We are seeking a seasoned IT director to lead our infrastructure design team.

  • Lead a global team to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure services.
  • Participate in integrated project activities, including feasibility studies, scope, timeline, task lists, and workflows.
  • Design, implement, and perform designated tasks from product sprints, requiring extended services that include design, working solutions on infrastructure solutioning, provisioning, and orchestration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent infrastructure delivery in global planning and governance forums.
  • Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of on-premises and cloud-hosted infrastructure platforms.
  • Own and improve SLAs and KPIs regarding design, deployment, transition to manage, decommission, incident response, problem management, and change control processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing global or regional teams.
  • 5+ year experience working within a public cloud environment, with a good understanding of cloud platforms.
  • Experience with traditional data center infrastructure (storage, compute, network, backup, monitoring).
