The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the organization's Knowledge Excellence Centre at Bhayandar campus.

  • Expand existing initiatives, introduce new areas of study, research, training, and projects in Socio-Political-Economic arena.
  • Closely study international events and initiatives, reviewing their application, relevance, and adaptation to India.
  • Develop and execute training, public awakening, and research programs to facilitate policymakers through collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Foster partnerships with government bodies, academia, and civic partners.
  • Guide and ensure execution of strategy for talent management & development programs to meet new initiatives.
  • Operate with the management committee through a consultative approach.
  • Provide strategic guidance and operational excellence of existing campus facilities & expansion projects.
  • Oversee campus infrastructure, HR, administration, Financials, and stakeholder relations through an established team led by the CEO.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Masters or Ph.D. degree in relevant field.
  • Proven experience of 20-25 years in leadership, education, social research, public policy, or non-profit sectors, industry.
  • Strong track record in program development, partnerships, and team management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Commitment to ethical governance and public leadership—aligned with 'New Leaders for a New India' ethos.
