
Sales Enablement Program Leader

We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement professional to lead the development and execution of comprehensive sales enablement strategies aligned with our business goals. This role requires a strong background in SaaS sales enablement, with 5-8 years of experience in building scalable enablement programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales enablement strategies that drive revenue growth and improve sales performance
- Design and deliver training programs on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and objection handling
- Create and maintain sales playbooks, battle cards, and collateral for sales teams
- Coach and mentor sales team members and sales trainers
- Analyze sales performance data to identify gaps and implement improvement programs
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in Sales Enablement in a SaaS/Tech environment
- 4+ years of experience in Sales/Pre-Sales/Solution Engineering
- Proven success in building scalable enablement programs
- Strong content creation, training, and facilitation expertise
- Data-driven mindset; ability to translate insights into action
