
Sales Enablement Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs on product knowledge, sales methodologies, objection handling, negotiation, and industry-specific pitching.
- Create and maintain sales playbooks, battle cards, and collateral for sales teams.
- Analyze sales performance data, identify gaps, and implement improvement programs.
- Evaluate the alignment of marketing teams for consistent messaging.
- Track and report enablement impact on pipeline, cycle time, and revenue KPIs.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years in sales enablement in a SaaS/Tech environment.
- 4+ years in sales / pre-sales / solution engineering.
- Proven success in building scalable enablement programs.
- Strong content creation, training, and facilitation expertise.
- Data-driven mindset; ability to translate insights into action.
- Prior experience mentoring/training sales teams.
- Experience with CRM & sales tech tools.
- B2B SaaS/Tech industry background preferred.
