Lead a sales enablement strategy to drive business results in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Develop and execute comprehensive enablement plans aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs on product knowledge, sales methodologies, objection handling, negotiation, and industry-specific pitching.
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks, battle cards, and collateral for sales teams.
  • Analyze sales performance data, identify gaps, and implement improvement programs.
  • Evaluate the alignment of marketing teams for consistent messaging.
  • Track and report enablement impact on pipeline, cycle time, and revenue KPIs.

Requirements:
  • 5–8 years in sales enablement in a SaaS/Tech environment.
  • 4+ years in sales / pre-sales / solution engineering.
  • Proven success in building scalable enablement programs.
  • Strong content creation, training, and facilitation expertise.
  • Data-driven mindset; ability to translate insights into action.
  • Prior experience mentoring/training sales teams.
  • Experience with CRM & sales tech tools.
  • B2B SaaS/Tech industry background preferred.
