**Job Overview:**

The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of a property, ensuring all administrative functions, housekeeping, horticulture, facade & water body cleaning issues and facility services are covered.

  • Working closely with the facilities manager and assistant facilities manager, you'll prioritize the property's needs and strive for continuous improvement in processes.
  • You'll also manage supplies and ensure adequate stocks and materials to maintain smooth Soft Services operations.
  • In addition, you'll handle supply and service contracts as approved by clients.
  • You'll be responsible for mitigating risks through emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management and business continuity plans.
  • Furthermore, you'll monitor health and safety issues and participate in reviewing them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client satisfaction is essential. You'll take on challenging issues and seek opportunities to enhance Soft Service operations.
  • Constant communication with the team is crucial to achieve key performance metrics and meet service level agreements.
  • Perform routine service audits to ensure team performance.
  • Produce stock reports, meeting minutes and monthly management reports to clients.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of property operations.
  • A degree in business or hotel and building management, with at least three to five years experience in facilities management.
  • Good working knowledge of occupational safety and aptitude in client-centric operations.

Desirable Skills:

  • Leadership skills with a proven track record in managing teams.
  • Able to effectively implement improvement plans.
  • Superior communications and reporting skills.
