Deputy Estate Manager Position

The Deputy Estate Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of properties, cultivating exceptional occupant relationships, and promoting employee satisfaction. This position demands strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to develop efficient systems and procedures that prioritize safety and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with building managers, soft service managers, security managers, engineers, and other heads of departments to deliver an outstanding occupant experience.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive annual plans using customer and management inputs, linking departmental objectives to the organization's overall strategy.
  • Monitor energy consumption and design strategies for conservation and optimization.
  • Maintain adherence to established standards, efficiency, and productivity levels for HK, Security, Finance, and Engineering maintenance activities.
  • Recommend changes to processes, materials, and equipment to enhance service levels and improve operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the physical plant, including capital improvements and ongoing renovations, and maintain the fire safety system through regular inspections.
