Job Description

This is a key role within the organization, supporting the global strategy and excellence. The primary goal is to drive excellence in service delivery, positioning the organization as a centre of excellence globally.

The role will be achieved through standardization and automation of service delivery, implementing processes, procedures, and tools for effective delivery. This includes driving efficiency through standardization and automation, executing discipline strategy across teams, and leading service expert groups.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Standardizing and automating service delivery processes
  • Developing and implementing standards ways of working for the team, including governance and assurance across the discipline
  • Aligning with global procedures and digital tools
  • Driving quality of project deliverables and implementation of tailored training plans


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Significant professional experience in the service (15 years or more), ideally with experience globally and working to different standards and practices
  • Excellent influencing and collaboration skills at a strategic level as well as leadership at a detailed service level
  • Strategic mindset, collating information across the business and developing opportunities to benefit the service
  • Ability to coach and bring out the best in your teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills and technical expertise to draw a following and build and maintain relationships across the business
