Director of Delivery Excellence

This role leads and manages delivery teams to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered to clients. The primary point of contact will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide guidance, and ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Lead and manage a team of project managers, developers, and architects specializing in Salesforce delivery and migration.
- Support hiring and training initiatives to enhance team capabilities and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Work closely with clients to meet their needs and effectively manage expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project managers, developers, and architects to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for problem-solving and decision-making.
- Guide and work hands-on with the pursuit team for technical solution design, estimation, planning, commercials, and proposal presentation.
Requirements:
- 15 years of progressive experience in Delivery Leadership roles for Software development and Salesforce Management Programs.
- Proven delivery leadership for a multi-customer portfolio with mixed T&M and fixed price contracts.
- Ability to engage with CxOs/VPs/Director level stakeholders.
- Ability and willingness to travel for customer meetings (10% to 25%).
