Delivery Excellence Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Excellence Manager to lead and manage our delivery teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions to clients.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing project managers, developers, and architects specializing in Salesforce delivery, migration.
- Lead and manage the delivery team, driving project success and client satisfaction.
- Support hiring and training initiatives to enhance the team's capabilities and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Work closely with clients to meet their needs and effectively manage their expectations.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivery leadership, with experience working in the healthcare and life sciences domain. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with CxOs/VPs/Director level stakeholders.
