Our team is seeking a Delivery Excellence Manager to lead the end-to-end product delivery process. This includes managing dependencies, leading release management, and ensuring adherence to risk and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leads the intake process, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, and feasibility decision-making.
  • Liaises with stakeholders to manage timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers and resourcing.
  • Exhibits strong soft skills in communication and decision-making.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of Jira workflow environments, Kanban methodologies, automation skills using Python, Ansible, and Terraform.

We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in product delivery or a relevant domain area. Key qualifications include hands-on experience with TCP/IP routing protocols, SDWAN, Arista Cloud Vision, AVD, VxLAN, ISIS, BGP, OSPF, high-end service provider routers like CISCO ASR 9000, NCS, IOS XR/XE, NX-OS, PE, CE, VPN technologies, MACSec, QoS, IPSEC, Quantum key Distribution, Segment Routing (MPLS and IPv6), layer 4-7 switching, Security, QoS, Network Management and Monitoring Software.

A candidate should have advanced knowledge of available network operating systems, network equipment, and networking protocols. Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, Ansible, Python) is required.

Required Skills:
  • SDWAN, Arista, Juniper, Fortinet, SASE environment operation with VxLAN, BGP, OSPF, high-end service provider router like CISCO ASR 9000, PE, CE, Route Reflector.
  • Cisco DNA, Arista Cloud Vision, ServiceNow, Ansible Tower, and Python tool sets.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities. Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes are also necessary.
