Delivery Excellence Specialist

At the core of our organization, we strive to deliver exceptional results by fostering a culture of excellence. As a Delivery Excellence Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enabling us to achieve this goal.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivery excellence, with a minimum of 12 years of experience in a software services or product development organization. Proven implementation and support experience is also highly desirable.
You will be responsible for managing a team of delivery professionals, strategizing delivery plans, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Your expertise in SDLC processes, project management, ALM tools, and DevOps will be invaluable in driving our success.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need excellent leadership and communication abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of delivery professionals
- Strategize delivery plans and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and standardize engineering, delivery, and support processes
- Lead process transformation programs
- Benchmark against industry best practices
- Enterprise audits
- Content creation and delivery of process training
- Facilitate cross-sharing of practices
- Support implementation of improvement actions from customer feedback mechanisms
