Job Title: Service Delivery Excellence Specialist
Main Responsibilities:- We are seeking a skilled professional to monitor and analyze service desk performance, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
- This role involves collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement quality processes that drive exceptional customer experiences.
- The selected candidate will provide coaching and feedback to team members, enhancing their individual and process-level quality skills.
- A strong understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM lifecycle is essential for this position.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a quality assurance or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for success in this role.
