Job Title:

Service Delivery Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Leader to oversee the daily IT service desk operations and lead a team of service delivery specialists. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic alignment with End User Services leaders, demonstrating superior professionalism, calm demeanor, and strong people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of Governance:
  • Ongoing monitoring and analysis of daily service delivery SLAs, reporting findings, and escalating issues to senior management as needed.
  • Lifecycle Management:
  • Supervision of incident management, compliance audits, software licensing, and upgrades to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Leading a team of service delivery specialists, exemplifying positive customer service and client relationship skills, providing mentoring and feedback to team members where necessary.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Fostering strong relationships with information technology, business user groups, and service providers to assess internal needs, improve service, and resolve issues/concerns with the quality of services provided.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills in dealing with internal and external customers and business partners, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in service delivery leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with service management tools such as ServiceNow and SCCM is an asset.
