Senior Service Delivery Professional

The Service Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in leading a team of service delivery specialists.
This individual will be responsible for exemplifying exceptional customer service and client relationship skills, while overseeing governance by tracking and analyzing daily service delivery SLAs, reporting findings, and escalating issues to senior management as needed.
- Performance metrics are closely monitored using tools such as ServiceNow and SCCM to ensure compliance with service level agreements and hardware/software lifecycle requirements.
- A key aspect of this role involves building and fostering strong relationships with information technology, business user groups, and service providers to assess internal needs, improve service quality, and resolve any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Effective leadership of End User Services associates is also critical, achieved through mentoring, training, and corrective action as necessary.
In order to excel in this position, the ideal candidate must possess superior professionalism, a calm demeanor, and strong people management skills.
