We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager to excel in our team. This key member will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, collaborating closely with customers, the wider Service Delivery Team, and Technical Consultants to ensure successful delivery of our services.

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for producing customer and internal service reporting, conducting regular reviews with customers, handling escalations, issues, problems, and requirements, overseeing invoicing and financial aspects of assigned accounts, performing monthly forecasting of project costs and revenue, ensuring ISO20000 compliance and best practices, identifying and implementing continual service improvement initiatives, managing business risk, and ensuring business continuity.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can drive growth, achieve targets, and explore opportunities for new or additional work within existing customers.

Our ideal candidate will possess at least 7 years of experience in Service Delivery Management, fluency in English, strong verbal and written communication skills, proven experience in customer service and relationship management, strong analytical abilities, a track record of driving revenue opportunities, ability to work within a process-driven environment, experience in monthly forecasting of financials, and self-motivation with the ability to escalate when necessary.

The successful candidate will also have a strong customer-centric ethos, excellent team player skills, and knowledge of ITIL.
