Job Overview:

The Senior Service Manager role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service and achieving contractual obligations globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service delivery and contractual obligation management
  • Optimizing service desk efficiency and effectiveness
  • Global account headcount control and commercial management
  • Promoting projects to enhance service quality, efficiencies, and productivity

Additionally, this senior professional will lead key relationships with Delivery Leadership and Service Management personnel, manage the performance of Operation Managers, and drive accountability for their own Profit and Loss (P&L) while understanding its contribution to the overall department P&L.

Requirements:
  • Relevant professional qualification
  • Strong functional systems knowledge
  • Experience influencing multi-tier management

Successful candidates will possess experience in managing IT operations, including a Service Desk or Helpdesk, overseeing multiple locations across different time zones, and communicating complex technical issues to senior stakeholders and external communities.
