We are seeking a skilled Service Level Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and facilitating teams to meet targets.
The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in service level management and will be able to ensure that all SLAs, Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), and Underpinning Contracts (UC) are appropriate for the agreed service level targets.
- Negotiate and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet business objectives
- Develop and coordinate Service Level Agreements with internal and external customers
- Provide monthly SLA performance reports to stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in service level management
- Manage and maintain accurate records of service level agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvements
- Provide input on SLA changes and modifications
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service level delivery
- Experience in service level management or a related field
