Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of service execution solutions and experience in designing and delivering E2E ERP solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver E2E ERP solutions for business transformation related to bFS program for service execution.
  • Collaborate with the Services business, particularly the Line of Business team, to ensure business requirements are well captured and needs of various countries are considered.
  • Supervise the implementation of designs and test of solutions across different platforms to deliver E2E functionalities (bFO, CPQ, SAP ERP, bFS).
  • Maintain close communication with teams to implement required evolutions and enhancements through releases.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor/Master of Engineering degree
  • In-depth knowledge of CS module of SAP and its upstream and downstream integrations/impacts
  • Reasonable understanding of services business
  • Experience working with multi-technology integrated systems and ability to manage integration and communication between systems and teams
  • Ability to think out of the box SAP solutions so they can fit in an integrated environment
  • Proven successful experience and track record in large scale business transformation, as well as global programs
