Service Management Leadership

 

  • The role requires overseeing standardized service areas with limited volatility and managing practices.
  • You will work closely with partners across geographies for multiple verticals within the function to implement a Service Management Operating (SMO) approach.
  • Responsibilities include tracking and closing service improvement plans, liaising with customers in case of issues or concerns related to service delivery, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and third-party vendors, and participating in functional leadership meetings.
  • You will be responsible for updates or changes in Master Service Agreements, working with Group Procurement Officers (GPOs) and operations teams to understand process changes and their impact on services.
  • Additionally, you will define, agree, and implement changes in Service Management delivery across layers of hierarchy, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure all processes are documented.
  • Through regular and systematic reporting, you will analyze and highlight irregularities in service delivery, taking end-to-end ownership of service reporting and governance rigor through problem and performance management.

  • ITIL certification is preferable
