Job Title: Senior Director, Technical Excellence

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical excellence organization to meet/exceed business objectives.
  • Develop, review, and improve the performance of the engineering service line.
  • Own growth targets for the service line.

Key skills include:

  • Interacting with senior leadership, end users, vendors, and employees across several functions and levels.
  • Contribution towards developing business strategy of the engineering service line and cascading elements to reporting teams.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, familiarity with Linux and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
  • Strong understanding of hardware design, microcontrollers, and communication protocols like CAN, SPI, I2C, and UART.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Requirements:
  • Engineering degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Science or related fields.
  • Post-qualification experience in supporting heavy manufacturing industry in engineering services area.
  • Background in manufacturing engineering, supplier quality, and product designing is a plus.
