**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Director of Structural Engineering to lead our team in delivering exceptional projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and consolidating relationships with senior staff, taking ownership of the delivery of technical capability, and supporting the delivery of tasks or specialized components of projects.

The Director of Structural Engineering will drive a culture of project delivery excellence within the discipline, ensuring that adequate talent is available and assigned to lead on project delivery from a technical and task management perspective. This includes developing and implementing workforce plans regarding building capability and capacity of the teams over the medium to long term in consultation with business partners, workforce planners, service delivery managers, and GEC director.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree, appropriate professional accreditation, and at least 10+ years of experience leading and growing a significant business function within a multinational engineering or professional services firm. They will be able to inspire multi-disciplinary teams around a common purpose and demonstrate significant leadership capability.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
