Senior Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead to oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of our scalable systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a group of professionals and collaborating with customers to deliver robust solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing technical team to develop, deploy, and maintain complex systems.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding technical inquiries and solutions.
  • Translate business objectives into clear technical requirements for your team.
  • Develop and maintain a strategy for technical processes and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in technical leadership, software development, or system operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a lead role.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing technical teams.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and technical tools like Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Terraform.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
