Senior Technical Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead to join our team and contribute to the development of a cutting-edge 4G/5G vRAN solution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical direction of our solution, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy our product.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with product managers to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, system designs, and implementation guides.
  • Analyze complex technical problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers, providing coaching and guidance to help them grow in their careers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, preferably in Linux-based systems.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
