Job Opportunity: Director of Educational Excellence

 

At our pioneering school, we are seeking a visionary leader to drive educational innovation and excellence. As the Director of Educational Excellence, you will be instrumental in shaping our curriculum, promoting high academic standards, and fostering a collaborative culture among educators.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Leadership: Develop and implement a forward-thinking curriculum that caters to diverse learning styles and prepares students for future challenges.
  • Educational Excellence: Provide strategic direction and instructional leadership to promote high academic standards and effective teaching practices across all grade levels.
  • Teacher Development: Recruit, mentor, and support a talented team of educators, fostering a professional growth and collaboration culture to enhance teaching quality and student outcomes.
  • Student Engagement and Support: Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that supports every student's academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Community and Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong partnerships with parents, community organizations, and educational stakeholders to foster a supportive and enriching school community.

 

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in Education or a related field.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in reputed K–12 schools, with strong exposure to international curricula (IB, IGCSE, or equivalent).
  • Global perspective and ability to lead multicultural teams.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.
