Job Title: Director of Education Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our education development initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of educational programs that promote student success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive education strategies to drive student outcomes.
  • Lead a team of educators in designing and delivering high-quality instructional materials and programs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop curriculum and assessments that meet industry standards.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement through data-driven analysis.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in education management, including 2+ years of people management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in EPLAN and E3S software, with knowledge of electrical CAD and schematics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with educational technology and software applications.
