Senior Director of Quality Engineering

The Senior Director of Quality Engineering is responsible for leading the global QE transformation and operations across multiple product lines. This hands-on technical leader will be responsible for redefining quality beyond defect detection to include product design excellence, building a high-performing automation-first QE organization, and ensuring delivery of highly reliable, scalable, and secure products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Redefine Quality Metrics to include product design efficacy, user experience, and overall solution value.
  • Establish Product Quality Frameworks that address not just functional correctness but architectural soundness, scalability, security-by-design, and performance at scale.
  • Pioneer Quality-as-a-Strategy approach where QE insights actively influence product roadmaps and design decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in software quality engineering with 8+ years in transformational leadership roles.
  • Deep Technical Expertise in test automation, CI/CD, cloud architectures, and modern QE practices.
  • Hands-On Technical Leadership with ability to code, architect solutions, and guide technical implementations.
  • Strong Domain Knowledge in Roaming Protocols, core network elements, signaling flows, and cloud-native architectures.
