Job Title: Quality Assurance Director

The Quality Assurance Director oversees all quality assurance and control processes to ensure food products meet regulatory standards, customer expectations, and safety requirements. This role ensures the highest quality of products from raw materials to finished goods, while driving continuous improvement in production and safety processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of quality control systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., FSSAI, FDA, HACCP) and internal quality standards.
  • Oversee regular audits, inspections, and testing processes across all production stages.


Requirements:

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in the food industry.

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control methods, and industry certifications.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in quality control software and tools.
