Quality Assurance Director

Work in a manufacturing facility located in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients on all quality matters and oversee third-party audits for AS9100 regulatory agencies.
- Foster effective relationships with internal and external clients to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor, improve, and supervise quality management systems (QMS) policies and procedures to attain and maintain required certifications.
- Develop and implement internal audits, corrective actions, and preventive measures to ensure follow-up and closure of requests.
- Lead problem-solving initiatives and create product and process quality plans that ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
- Minimum ten years of professional experience in quality management within the aerospace industry.
- Experience handling prime aerospace customers and their specifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
