We are seeking a seasoned quality assurance expert to lead our testing efforts and drive excellence in software development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of quality leadership, strategic planning, and team management.

This role is responsible for defining and implementing comprehensive QA strategies, test methodologies, and quality standards aligned with business objectives and product roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute QA architectures that support scalability, maintainability, and efficiency.
  • Design and architect test automation frameworks and infrastructure to optimize testing processes.
  • Evaluate and implement advanced QA tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance testing capabilities.
  • Establish quality governance frameworks, compliance standards, and regulatory testing requirements.
  • Lead the design and implementation of automated test solutions, including UI, API, performance, security, and end-to-end testing frameworks with CI/CD integration.
  • Establish and improve QA processes, standards, and best practices across the organization.
  • Design and implement regression testing strategies to ensure product stability across releases.
  • Implement data-driven quality metrics, testing analytics, and quality intelligence dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct quality risk analysis, develop mitigation strategies, and establish quality gates for release management.
  • Manage QA team capacity, skill development initiatives, hiring strategies, and career progression plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in software testing with a focus on product companies.
  • Minimum 8+ years in senior QA roles with architecture and strategic planning responsibilities.
  • Minimum 4+ years of people management experience leading QA teams.
Desirable Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in scripting and programming languages for automation and framework development.
  • Extensive experience with API testing tools and frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools and performance engineering practices.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD integration and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
  • Knowledge of database testing, SQL proficiency, and data validation techniques.
  • Experience with AI model testing, including model validation, data quality testing, bias detection, and performance evaluation of machine learning models.
