Software Engineering Leadership

  • The Director of Software Engineering will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of test automation frameworks and tools tailored for AI Cloud products.
  • They will lead a high-performing QA team within the AI Cloud division, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative environment.
  • This role requires effective communication with various stakeholders, including senior leadership, product owners, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with development, product management, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of QA processes.
  3. Test Automation Management: Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of test automation frameworks and tools.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  5. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic QA roadmap that aligns with Salesforce AI Cloud's business objectives and product development goals.
  6. Quality Assurance: Establish, enforce, and uphold quality standards, guidelines, and best practices across the QA team.
