Job Opportunity:

Quality Assurance Director Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Quality Assurance Director to lead our quality assurance team and drive the development of high-quality software products.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of quality assurance engineers and developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures that align with industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular testing and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality assurance tasks, leveraging expertise from multiple disciplines to drive success.
  • Provide strategic guidance on quality assurance methodologies and tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing quality assurance processes.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies, including Agile development principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and analyze complex data.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Skills:

  • Automation Testing, Manual Testing, API Testing, Performance Testing (J-Meters), Load & Security Testing.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and provide actionable insights to drive process improvements.
