Workforce Management Director

The Workforce Management team plays a crucial role in driving business success by maximizing efficiency and maintaining employee and customer satisfaction. As the Director of Workforce Management, you will lead a team of Managers, Analysts, Schedulers, and Real-time Coordinators supporting global operations across multiple clients and verticals.

You will leverage your subject matter expertise in metrics, reporting, and data analysis to determine the best use of time, people, and systems to meet the business needs of today and tomorrow. This involves developing and implementing workforce management strategies that align with business goals, analyzing historical data and trends to forecast staffing needs, and collaborating with senior management and clients to create long-term workforce plans.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing workforce management strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Analyzing historical data and trends to forecast staffing needs and ensure alignment with client requirements and service level agreements.
  • Collaborating with senior management and clients to create long-term workforce plans that support business growth and scalability.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of workforce analysts and Business Intelligence analysts.
  • Forecasting staffing requirements based on historical data and predictive analytics.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation in workforce management practices, and leveraging technology to automate and streamline processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in workforce management, with at least 6 years in a leadership role within a BPO environment, with a focus on workflow and staffing.
  • Strong understanding of workforce management tools and software.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement workforce management strategies that align with business goals.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience managing a diverse workforce management team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
