Job Title: Director of Operations Excellence

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Leader to drive operations for a leading Fintech client in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strengthen domain capabilities in the Financial Crime industry by developing and implementing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams across geographies to support business expansion.
  • Drive operational improvements, including optimizing resource allocation and measuring progress against key performance indicators.
  • Evaluate client satisfaction by establishing strong relationships and being the 'Voice of the Customer.'
  • Manage the financial performance of business operations, including developing and executing the overall business strategy.
  • Lead a large, high-performance global team, improving organizational efficiencies, building scalable business processes, and infrastructure.
  • Develop and deploy best practices across offerings, collaborating with other domains to share and understand best practices and implement where applicable.
  • Liaise between Client and Concentrix, ensuring compliance with all client regulatory requirements.

Profile and Experience:

  • 12+ years of operations experience within a BPO/Contact Centre, managing and running operations.
  • Profound understanding of banking operations, particularly in KYC, CDD, EDD, Chargeback, Disputes, Fraud Investigations, AML, AFC, transaction monitoring, cryptocurrency, and wallet screening.
  • Able to work from the office or remotely as needed.
