Leading a global team of specialists requires a unique blend of skills and qualities. As the Managing Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all client and operational matters, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute an operational strategy that supports the company's legal and corporate, accounting and fund administration service lines.
  • Oversee all operational functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality in financial statements, investor reporting, and compliance monitoring.
  • Implement best practices in operational management, digital transformation, and risk mitigation to align operational workflows with business growth, technological innovation, and regulatory changes.

Key Responsibilities

You will be primarily accountable for:

  1. Solving all issues managing risks, ensuring operational efficiency and addressing all client delivery matters.
  2. Overseeing client onboarding, KYC/AML processes, and regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
  3. Ensuring accurate and timely execution of NAV calculations, financial statements, investor reporting, and compliance monitoring.
