We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the establishment and growth of our Mumbai office, driving business success through innovative strategies and exceptional leadership.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Indian studio, fostering a collaborative culture, and driving revenue objectives in accordance with local business development targets.

  • Inspire and promote a strong company culture across the office
  • Identify new business opportunities to support revenue objectives
  • Manage key accounts obtaining and maintaining commissions and developing a sustained track record of securing new clients and opportunities
  • Lead, develop and mentor team members to achieve their professional goals

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced architect with a proven track record in leadership roles, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should have:

  • B.Arch / M.Arch degree
  • 15-22 years of experience in architecture, with at least a decade in studio/office leadership roles
  • A strong portfolio of large-scale commercial, workplace, retail, hospitality, logistics, or mixed-use projects
