About the Opportunity

Our global architecture and design firm is expanding its presence in India by launching a new studio in Mumbai. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead this initiative as our Office Head / Studio Director.

  • Company: Global Architecture & Design Firm
  • Designation: Office Head / Studio Director
  • Years of Experience: 15–25 years in an architectural practice
  • Academic Qualification: B.Arch / M.Arch (postgraduate degree desirable)

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering large-scale commercial, workplace, retail, hospitality, logistics, or mixed-use projects. They will also have experience in managing and growing a studio/business unit, with a focus on client relationship building and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and promote our company culture across the office
  • Identify new business opportunities to support revenue objectives
  • Manage key accounts and develop a sustained track record of securing new clients and opportunities
  • Lead, develop and mentor team members to achieve their professional goals
  • Take oversight and responsibility for architectural projects at all work stages

Requirements:

  • 15–22 years of experience in architecture, with at least a decade in studio/office leadership roles
  • Strong portfolio of large-scale commercial, workplace, retail, hospitality, logistics, or mixed-use projects
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a studio/business unit
  • Excellent client relationship, business development, and communication skills

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who meets the following requirements:

  • B.Arch / M.Arch (Master's or international academic exposure highly desirable)
  • 15–22 years of experience in architecture, with at least a decade in studio/office leadership roles
  • Strong portfolio of large-scale commercial, workplace, retail, hospitality, logistics, or mixed-use projects
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a studio/business unit
