We are seeking an experienced Architectural Studio Director to lead the launch of our flagship Indian studio. This is a unique opportunity to shape the studio's culture, strategy, and growth from inception.

As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a business plan to drive growth in the Indian market. You will work closely with our Europe-based leadership team to achieve this goal.

You will be responsible for managing a local team and providing inspiring leadership to train and motivate colleagues to ensure the highest standards of delivery.

We are looking for an individual with a strong portfolio of large-scale commercial, workplace, retail, hospitality, logistics, or mixed-use projects. Data Center project experience will be a plus.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in architecture, with a decade in studio/office leadership roles. Prior experience working with international design firms is highly valued.

Requirements
