Job Description

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead the establishment and growth of our Mumbai office. As the local Office Head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a business plan for the Indian market, working with our Europe-based leadership team to achieve this goal.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering large-scale commercial projects, experience in studio/office leadership roles, and excellent client relationship and communication skills.

You will be responsible for managing key accounts, obtaining and maintaining commissions, and developing a sustained track record of securing new clients and opportunities.

The position offers a competitive leadership compensation package, performance-based growth, and the opportunity to shape the studio culture, strategy, and growth from inception.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • B.Arch/M.Arch degree
  • 15-22 years of experience in architecture, with at least a decade in studio/office leadership roles
  • Strong portfolio of large-scale commercial projects
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a studio/business unit (P&L responsibility, team leadership, resourcing)
