About the Role:

  • We seek an experienced ServiceNow professional to lead our training program.
  • The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, GRC, Security Operations, HR Service Delivery, and Customer Service Management modules.
  • They will design and deliver interview preparation sessions for candidates, covering topics from basic to advanced levels.
  • Mock interviews will be conducted to simulate real-world scenarios.
  • Candidates will receive guidance on resume building, certifications, and career progression.
  • The expert will also prepare scenario-based problem-solving exercises and whiteboard practice sessions.
  • Training materials, case studies, and interview Q&A's will be developed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of ServiceNow experience across multiple modules.
  • Strong understanding of real-world implementations, scripting, and integrations.
  • Must have faced and led ServiceNow interviews at mid/senior/architect levels.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills are essential.
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) in multiple modules are highly desirable.
