Job Description">

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the platform, focusing on ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset.

Responsibilities include performing daily monitoring and health checks of the ServiceNow Platform, managing User Administration, User Access Management, Role assignments and Group Configurations, and participating in routine Platform maintenance activities such as upgrades, cloning and patching.

Key skills include strong understanding of ITIL processes, experience with ServiceNow configuration, scripting, integrations (REST, SOAP APIs), and automation, as well as knowledge of Import Sets for data loading from external files or databases.

Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with 3+ years of experience as an operations engineer
  • 1 - 2 years of experience with ServiceNow platform as Development/Operations/Administration
  • Technical skills: Basic understanding of ITSM module and ITIL processes is must, Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset)

"Basic experience with ServiceNow configuration, scripting, integrations (REST, SOAP APIs), and automation" is also required.
