Enterprise Customer Success Director

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of 12+ existing enterprise bank and NBFC accounts, driving account growth through strategic cross-sell and up-sell initiatives, maintaining strong relationships with senior decision makers, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention.
About You:
- You have 2-5 years of experience as a Manager in either Credit, Product, Customer Service, Operations, Risk, or Field Audit roles in the BFSI context.
- You possess excellent listening and trust-building skills, with a proven track record of managing teams effectively.
- You have relevant knowledge, network, and/or experience in BFSI, particularly top-30 retail Microfinance players (banks, SFBs, MFIs, NBFCs, and/or BCs).
- You are fluent in Excel, PowerPoint, GSuite, Asana, and Slack.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end ownership of existing enterprise bank and NBFC accounts.
- Drive account growth through strategic cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with senior decision makers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention.
Compensation and Benefits:

Travel Requirements:
This position requires travel of 20-40% of the time within and outside Mumbai/Bangalore to client offices, client field locations, and Awaaz.De's Ahmedabad HO.
