Job Purpose

The Executive - Invoice Processing role is responsible for overseeing the entire invoice processing lifecycle, from receipt to payment.

Organisation Chart

This position reports directly to the Financial Controller and is a key member of the Finance Team.

Key Accountabilities
  • Execute invoice processing in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, including verification of receipt, accuracy of charges, and payment terms.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent communication and service.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to invoice processing.

This role interacts frequently with external parties, including:

  • Suppliers for invoice verification and payment.
  • Customers for queries and concerns.
Internal Interactions

This role interacts frequently with internal departments, including:

  • Finance for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Procurement for contract review and negotiation.

  • Managing invoice processing budgets and expenses.

Relevant Experience
