Job Overview

TecTigers is seeking an experienced IT Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving outbound sales initiatives to acquire and nurture new clients for our IT services.

About the Role

This role involves identifying potential business opportunities, building relationships, and achieving sales targets through various outbound strategies such as cold calling, in-person meetings, LinkedIn prospecting, and email outreach.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to present TecTigers IT services and solutions.
  • Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and create a pipeline of high-value opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to identify their IT needs.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions, ensuring a positive brand image.
  • Research and identify potential clients using LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
  • Draft and execute targeted email campaigns to reach potential clients.
  • Arrange and conduct in-person meetings to pitch TecTigers services and solutions.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with 1-3 years of experience in business development, outbound sales, or a related role in the IT services industry. You should have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You will also need to have basic understanding of IT services, solutions, and industry trends, as well as familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing tools.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
