Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving sales and order booking targets in the assigned region.
  • Prepare and implement business plans monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
  • Create and execute account plans for all customers and update quarterly.
  • Develop new customers in the assigned region using solution sales approach.
  • Planning and forecasting of sales on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for assigned regions.
  • Increase in-house business shares in existing regions.
  • Responsible for conducting technical meetings and presentations.
  • CP (Channel Partner) / System integrators / SOP (Solution Partners) management.
  • Direct sales and business development.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Maintain and analyze region and industry-specific data as per business requirements.
  • Prepare various MIS reports, presentations, and other documents as per business needs.

Requirements:

  • Core knowledge of PLC, Servo, HMI, Vision, Safety, Sensors, and Components.
  • Basic knowledge of Robotics.
  • Good presentation skills and negotiation.
  • Competent in handling product demos and technical queries.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good communication and presentation skills with an eye for behavioral skills.
  • Sense of urgency, target-oriented, and dedicated to extra hours if needed.
  • Travel requirements across regions.
