Key Reservationist Role

We seek a professional to fill this key reservation position. This remote opportunity requires effective communication and strong organizational skills to manage reservations and ensure excellent guest experiences.

  • Process refund requests, resolve billing discrepancies, and address guest inquiries in line with company policies.
  • Address guest concerns, complaints, and disputes with professionalism and empathy.
  • Offer recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of reservation agents, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving reservation processes and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications

You should have:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools.
  • Prior experience in hotels, vacation rentals, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience working with sales or reservations teams is a bonus.
