
Vacation Experience Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and process reservation requests, providing exceptional guest experiences through efficient communication and service.
Key Responsibilities- Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in line with company policies.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy and professionalism.
- Offer recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance guest experiences.
- Supervise and mentor a team of customer service representatives, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving reservation processes and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills. An American accent is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Abilities:
- Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools.
- Experience:
- Prior experience in hospitality, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience working with sales or reservations teams is advantageous.
