As the Lead Architect, you will be responsible for comprehensive planning, design, and execution of architectural and master planning projects. Key responsibilities include project leadership, feasibility analysis, stakeholder coordination, consultant review, standards compliance, reporting, cross-disciplinary collaboration, regulatory adherence, site oversight, design solutions, and final inspections.

To excel in this role, candidates must possess strong proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation and delivery, advanced knowledge of SketchUp, hands-on experience with USGBC and Revit, and prior experience working on-site.

  • Project Leadership: Direct architecture, plotting, and master planning efforts to ensure high-quality outputs and timely project delivery.
  • Feasibility Analysis: Collaborate with the land acquisition team to assess project feasibility and prepare necessary test-fits.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work alongside sales, project managers, and consultants to synchronize space programs and project timelines.
  • Meetings Management: Schedule and lead project kick-off and weekly review meetings with consultants and internal teams to ensure progress and address challenges.

Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in architecture is mandatory, and a master's degree in architecture or urban planning is advantageous.
